Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SignalEdge collects, why it is needed, how it is protected and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use this information to create and secure accounts, deliver the selected service tier, understand which SignalEdge campaigns and approved referral partners lead to Free and Trader subscriptions, operate watchlists and opted-in notifications, respond to support, diagnose service failures, prevent fraud and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information or use account data to place trades.

Service providers and disclosures

Specialist providers may process limited information for hosting, transactional email and billing. Stripe handles payment details; SignalEdge does not receive or store full card numbers. Providers act under their own security and privacy terms. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a legitimate business reorganisation.

Retention and security

Records are retained only for operational, security, accounting and legal needs. SignalEdge uses access controls, protected credentials, encrypted transport and append-only audit evidence, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

SignalEdge honours the browser Global Privacy Control signal for first-party marketing measurement. You may change delivery preferences or unsubscribe from SignalEdge email, and may request access, correction or deletion where applicable through SignalEdge Support. Some records may need to be retained for security, dispute, accounting or legal reasons.
