These terms govern access to SignalEdge. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to the linked Privacy Policy and Subscription Terms.
What SignalEdge provides
SignalEdge provides Free and Trader access to evidence-backed crypto market intelligence. It may display completed-candle strategy events, planner-generated signal levels, forward-outcome records, system coverage and Catalyst intelligence. Availability, frequency and coverage can change. Trader is a recurring A$29 monthly subscription billed by Stripe.
What SignalEdge does not provide
- No brokerage, exchange, custody, order placement or connection to your trading account.
- No personalised financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
- No guarantee of accuracy, availability, profit, performance, signal frequency or future results.
- No representation that displayed entries, stops or targets could have been filled in a live market.
Your responsibilities
You must be legally able to use the service, provide accurate account information, protect your password and independently assess every financial decision. You must not share access, probe security controls, misuse data, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer restricted components or use SignalEdge unlawfully.
Market risk
Crypto assets are volatile and can lose substantial value. Public market data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Historical and simulated evidence is not a reliable indicator of future results. You remain solely responsible for any decision made outside SignalEdge.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, suspend or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law or operate the service. Material commercial changes will be reflected on the website. We may restrict access for security, misuse or breach of these terms.
Liability and consumer rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalEdge is supplied without promises beyond those expressly stated. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
