Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Terms
These terms explain SignalEdge Free access and the recurring Trader subscription.
Plans and price
Free costs A$0. SignalEdge Trader costs A$29 per month. A$29 is charged monthly through Stripe until cancelled. No trial is included.
Free access
A verified Free account includes current market summaries and a basic watchlist. Public methodology, pricing, terms, privacy and support pages remain available without an account.
Trader access
Trader adds full evidence, separate execution plans, Catalyst Radar, saved filters, forward-outcome analytics and opted-in signal emails. It does not include trade execution, personalised advice, guaranteed signal frequency, guaranteed uptime or any promise of financial performance.
Cancellation
Cancel through the customer billing portal before the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period unless the service states otherwise.
Refund policy
Refunds are provided where required by the Australian Consumer Law. Duplicate charges and verified technical failures may be reviewed through SignalEdge Support; change-of-mind refunds are not promised.
Plan changes
Any price or material plan change will be disclosed before it takes effect where required.
